Changes in daily operations of the company
We inform our customers that we continue to work during the spread of the virus, however, taking into account the situation, there are small changes to our operations:
Administration – operates remotely, can be reached via telephone and/or by e-mail on any business day during business hours;
Sales department – works remotely, but considering that both we and the manufacturers work within a modern system, we are able to ensure the processing of your orders from anywhere in the world where the internet is available. Our employees of the sales department are ready to visit you in case of emergency only, observing all the necessary safety requirements;
Technical support and service department – works remotely, providing consultations online and in person, if the solution cannot be reached remotely, observing all the necessary safety requirements.
We would like to inform you that despite the changes in the daily work processes, the speed and quality of the services are ensured at a high level!
